JOSH STANZL: 18 - 22 August
Josh has worked his way around some of the best restaurants in England including Drakes, South Lodge Hotel + The Pass restaurant. He then went on to oversee the food operation at Goodwood. Whilst working at Goodwood, Josh set up his own company to host pop up dinners / private events at renowned locations like Blenheim Palace + the Michelin 2-star Latymer at Pennyhill Park. Following some time in Dubai where he hosted private events, Josh returned to the UK to join bespoke events company Rhubarb. Josh is currently the managing director of his luxury events company, Host Hospitality. Josh's menu of creative modern British showcases seasonal gems.
ANTONIO VACCA: 25 - 29 August
Most recently the head chef of Roka Charlotte Street, Antonio is a London based chef who has worked globally in Michelin-starred restaurants. He specialises in creating dishes fusing Japanese cuisine with his Italian roots. He has dedicated his time in creating flavours + food experiences that take you around the world, whilst working with seasonal + sustainable produce.
