Carefully crafted within our kitchen, our range of exceptional non-alcoholic beverages are perfect for trying something offbeat from your usual or as an alcoholic alternative.

By using foraged ingredients found in abundance when at their peak, our drinks reflect the seasons, with house-made kombuchas and juices using the likes of rose hips and shiso to name a few.

Utilising all components of fruits as far as possible, from pulp, pip to skin, we achieve creative drinks that are full of flavour, while keeping our food waste low and making the most of rare varieties, with the help of our mother scoby for our kombuchas that's been been with us for several years and continues to run strong...

Opt for a non-alcoholic pairing with our 5 course tasting menu, where each of your chosen dishes are served with a juice or kombucha to complement your food; otherwise, they're also available to order individually if you just want to taste one or two...
