Gluten-free dining is not a passing fad. As more diners face health concerns about inadvertently consuming gluten, dining at Holland Park's Flat Three Restaurant has made choosing dishes pretty simple…virtually all selections are by design gluten free without compromising on taste or filling in with poor gluten substitutes.
We use a premium gluten-free soy sauce (tamari), which is prepared in the way that traditional soy sauces were made before mass commercialisation. As well, the kitchen is creative in using gluten-free starches such as buckwheat, sea weeds, rice and root vegetables to provide the textures associated with wheat-based foods.
So there’s very little need to worry about searching for dishes with “GF after the entrée, as nearly all of the menu has been created just for you.
