At Holland Park’s Flat Three restaurant, we’ve created an array of desserts highlighting the delights of seasonal vegetables. From potatoes, tomatoes (ok it’s a fruit), and greens such as lovage, our sweets are inspired by British plants. Even the flavours of our sorbets such as parsley and carrots are a verifiable salad!
We aim to create memorable final flavours in our menus by offering unexpected and delightful puddings that combine sweet and distinctive notes.
