Featured wines of Flat Three

Starting in late spring of this year, we launched a series of bespoke wine dinners co-hosted by the winemakers themselves at Flat Three.

Our menus were created around the best of the winemaker's selection, taking the idea of pairings to the next level.

From Eric Kientzler hailing from Alsace France with Rieslings both classical and yet innovative in nature, to Gavin Chanin of Santa Barbara California who is an artist of both the canvas as well as the vines, to the latest dinner host, Clemens Busch of Mosel Germany who takes up the challenge of bio-dynamic winemaking on the river's vertical slopes, we are humbled and delighted by their company.
